The SAFe® for Teams course lasts two to three days. During this time, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of Agile Release Trains (ART) and how to enhance their roles through the application of Agile methodologies, including Kanban, XP, and Scrum. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive the SAFe® 6.0 Practitioner certification, equipping them with the essential skills to define, develop, and test product increments.

This course has been designed to help team members acquire in-depth knowledge about the tools and techniques utilised in the Lean and Agile business ecosystems. Participants will become proficient in the principles of SAFe®, Agile processes, and the delivery of high-value performance. Additionally, they will learn to create epics, features, and user stories and effectively plan and implement iterations.

Attend the Training
Complete the 16-18 hours of in-person SAFe for Teams Training and learn from our experienced SAFe Practice Consultant.
Complete Online Study
Log in to SAFe Studio and analyse each chapter to thoroughly understand your and the SAFe Team's role and responsibilities.
Take the SAFe Exam
Once you have completed your online review of all course chapters and videos, you can take the 90-minute SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager exam.
Get SAFe Certified
Once you pass the online exam, Scale Agile will update your profile to reflect your new SAFe Practitioner certification.
The course workbook and SAFe Studio access to help you prepare to take the SAFe for Teams certification exam, claim your digital badge, and tools to get started in your SAFe role One-year access to SAFe Studio with your class attendance. Access to the latest Framework guidance. Members' discussion forums are used to engage in conversations on the SAFe Framework or how to better perform as part of an Agile Team, as well as curated content based on your interests and roles, including templated resources and facilitation guides to get you started.
